D&G issues official apology amid outcry in China over racist ad

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, designers and founders of Italian luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana, apologized in a short video posted on the company’s official Sina Weibo account for an online ad campaign launched in China, which was deemed racist and triggered public outcry and calls to boycott the brand. #DolceGabbana
